Jeff Curran Returns to UFC, Draws Scott Jorgensen at UFC 137

News

After announcing his return to the Octagon, Jeff Curran now knows who he will be facing in his first fight in the promotion: Scott Jorgensen. The bout will take place in the bantamweight division and is rumored to take place at UFC 137.

Curran will be stepping into the UFC cage for the first time since a 2004 loss to Matt Serra. After losing four consecutive bouts in WEC, he left the promotion and was able to pick up four wins in his five most recent fights.

Jorgensen came into UFC on a 7-2 run in WEC and opened his campaign in the new promotion with a KO victory over Ken Stone at The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale.
