Devon Nicholson is suing Abdullah the Butcher, claiming that he contracted Hepatitis C from him during a match where Abdullah used a razor blade on him that he had used to cut himself with earlier. The lawsuit is said to be for $6.5 million. Nicholson was a well-known indy wrestler, who was offered a WWE contract in 2009. His contract was rescinded once it was discovered that he did indeed have the disease. Nicholson also tried out for TNA, and despite being impressed, they could not offer him a contract because of the Hepatitis.
