At the THQ Roster Reveal today in L.A., former World Heavyweight Champion and WWE ’12 cover star was introduced to the live crowd and immediately started making a few waves. After watching a video package of some of the stars featured in the game, Randy Orton stated that he had the privilege of working with the late, great Mr. Perfect and that it is an absolutely travesty that Michael McGillicutty cannot not go by his real name, Joe Hennig.
Randy Orton then responded to Jerry Lawler asking the crowd who was going win the SummerSlam match between Kelly Kelly and Beth Phoenix by picking Kelly to win because he’s “a big fan of hers” (which cracked up The Miz who was co-hosting the event).
