Rasul Mirzaev Signs with Bellator

News

After a first round submission victory over Roman Kishev at United Glory’s World Series Final in May, Russian prospect Rasul Mirzaev was already a hot commodity. He quickly followed that up with a TKO win over Masanori Kanehara and everyone else was put on notice.

Just a few weeks out of that event, it appears that Mirzah has a new home with Bellator Fighting Championships. The 5-0 fighter will make his debut in the promotion this fall with a date and opponent to be determined at a later date.

Mirzaev has fought 3 times in 2011 (all wins) and those fights have only lasted a whisker under 6 minutes in total.
