Sam Worthington and Jeffrey Dean Morgan seem to be popping up in lots of films, so it’s natural that they wind up in the same film together. Michael Mann’s daughter, Amy Mann, makes her feature film debut as a director in this; she certainly has taken her father’s directing style and visual sense.
Plot Summary: The film is loosely based on true events about murders in oil refineries in southeast Texas. The film is based on the novel “The Texas Killing Fields.”
