On December 18th of last year, 16,500 people crammed into the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec City, Quebec for a big bout between the undefeated Pier Olivier Cote and journeyman Cesar Soriano (I say “journeyman” with nothing but respect. Soriano could most likely still kick my ass). You could almost smell the result in the air, but how it happened is a thing of beauty. Some people might have gone home upset that this fight was, well, pretty short. Who cares what they think? This knockout is magical!
