TNA’s Jeff Hardy Court Case Over, Headed to Jail

Jeff Hardy finally had his day in court for his drug charges actually mean something. Hardy pled guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a single count of conspiracy to traffic in a substance containing opium, all felonies, pending from his September 11, 2009 arrest. All other counts were dropped.

Hardy will spend ten days in jail, have 30 months of probation and pay a $100,000 fine. He will still be allowed to travel with TNA.
