Lady Gaga is one of several celebrities contributing to “I Will”, a public service campaign running on Viacom-owned networks all this week.
Gaga described New York as “the husband she never married” and reminisces on watching the Twin Towers fall, along with other celebrities like Drake Bell and Julianne Hough in the series of special videos.
