Vladimir Matyushenko vs. Alexander Gustafsson Set for UFC 141

News

After originally being set for UFC 133, Vladimir Matyushenko and Alexander Gustafsson were called off after a training injury took Vladdy out of the bout. The two are once again set to grapple, this time at UFC 141 on Friday, December 30th.

Both fighters are on winning streaks since seeing losses that derailed their momentum within the division. Matyushenko has finished his last two opponents in the first round. During the same time, Gustafsson has put together three consecutive wins via either TKO or submission.
