Melissa Etheridge and ex Tammy Lynn Michaels are battling in court after their break up. Melissa is calling their marriage “nothing more than a non-binding commitment ceremony.” Meanwhile Tammy is saying that their union was legit, and is asking for spousal support. The two are also dueling over custody of their children, division of property, and fees.
