The Florida mansion where “Hogan Knows Best” was filmed is now cheaper! Still out of normal price range of course, dropping from $10.9 million to $8.87 million. The strange thing is, the house was appraised to be worth $5.4 million, but Hogan is still asking for well above that. House values are continuing to drop steadily, so who knows what it will be worth in a few months.
