After all the father drama that has happened on NCIS, you’d think the writers would have more in their bag of tricks. Unfortunately not. Even the great Lily Tomlin can blot out the silly idea that McGee also has major problems with his father and they haven’t talked in years. The plot was also something that’s been recycled before, a cloak and dagger operation finally coming to light.
