Joey Styles Explains WWE’s Direction For The Sin Cara Feud

News

For weeks, the animosity between Good Sin Cara and Bad Sin Cara was as mysterious as the men underneath the masks. It wasn’t until last Friday that fans were given a sample tasting of what the hostility was really about, when Bad Sin Cara accused Good Sin Cara of stealing his identity of “Mistico”, so he was returning the favor.

Joey Styles wrote an elaborate feature for WWE.com, offering a little more detail on the subject. The story seems to go back a decade ago, where it was revealed that Bad Sin Cara originally wrestled in Mexico under the name Mistico, for CMLL. The company evidently trademarked the name, and offered it to Good Sin Cara, who states that he was unaware that there was another Mistico. It is being reported that this background is indeed legit.

The feature nearly guarantees a rematch, delivering direct quotes from both Superstars.
