Former Libertines singer and habitual screwup Pete Doherty has found a unique way to avoid his latest trouble. Doherty was facing charges and more prison time due to accusations of smashing a store window in Germany and stealing a guitar while drunk. However, Regensberg police decided that he was so drunk that he couldn’t have done the deed, so they dropped all charges. I’m sure Pete’s mother would be very proud.
