Guns N Roses Defend Late Concert In Rio

News

Once again, Axl Rose has been forced to defend himself against spurious claims of coming to the stage late, as promoters of the Rock In Rio concert thought that coming out at 2:40 AM instead of midnight might be a bit over the line.  On the bright side, once they did take the stage, they performed the first version of “Estranged” to be heard live in 18 years.  In response to all the negativity thrown at them, the band posted a statement to their website noting that fans who expected them to show up at 8:00 might want to get some friends and go to a movie instead.  Thanks, Axl.
