Jim Ross wasn’t originally planned to be back the week after his firing, but studying ratings changed things. Apparently, after Ross was fired, WWE noticed ratings tanked. In addition, WWE got really bad feedback for this on all social networking platforms, so Ross returned. Right now, anything is possible for the future of Ross, despite Ross himself thinking he’s finished.
