Once Upon A Time 2011 Spoilers: Equal Time Spent Between Real World & Fairy Tale World, Cinderella, Hansel, Gretel To Be Explored

News, Spoilers

For those aching for some Once Upon A Time scoop, there is a lot to look forward to on the show according to executive producer Steve Pearlman.

The show will spend an equal amount of time in both the real world and the fairy tale world. “Typically, we go into the Fairy Tale World in the first act. Sometimes it’s for a small chunk. We don’t have a rule that says we have to go into the Fairy Tale World once per act, but it kind of lays out that way for the most part,” Pearlman disclosed to Entertainment Weekly.

The producer also said that while the main focus of the show is on Snow White and Prince Charming, all the writers were working to ensure that some other famous characters would also be explored on the show. “If you look at the pilot, it suggests the story is about Snow and Charming and their life and Emma’s life on the Storybrook side, and we’re absolutely following and tracking those stories throughout the series. But I think [we wanted] to be able to branch out.”

Cinderella and Hansel and Gretel are among the characters who will be focused upon in the first few episodes.
