The Nevada State Athletic Commission only conducted one out-of-competition drug test for UFC 137 and Nick Diaz who was forced to submit a sample. And he passed with flying colors. Diaz has previously failed a drug test in Nevada (testing positive for marijuana after his 2007 bout with Takanori Gomi) and was required to take a test before being licensed in the state.
He is officially cleared for his fight with B.J. Penn.
