Rapper Gucci Mane is currently serving 6 months in jail for 2 counts of battery, 2 counts of reckless conduct, and 1 count of disorderly conduct after pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle. On Octber 28th, he went in front of a judge to request that his jail time be reduced by half. After being refused early release, he was also informed that he is also facing a civil lawsuit from the victim of his prior crime.
