For those of you who can’t wait for New Girl to return, it appears there will be a new character to enjoy on the FOX series. The landlord who apparently is both ‘serious’ and ‘scary’ will make his debut. Also look for Zooey Deschanel’s character of Jess to consume alcohol with Nick. It will be a riot!
