Kurt Angle’s attorney pleaded No Contest on Angle’s behalf for a reckless driving charge. This is for the 9/3 charge .091 blood alcohol. A later test showed Angle at a .06, so the charge was changed from DUI to reckless driving. Angle was fined $1,500.
Who knew alcohol left your system over time. This is absurd.
