Joseph Morgan (Klaus) recently chatted about what to expect on Thursday’s mid-season finale episode of The Vampire Diaries.
He revealed juicy tidbits including:
– “The midseason finale is just going to take it to a whole new level. There’s going to be a huge confrontation, blood will be shed. It’s going to be action-packed.”
– The confrontation is likely with Rebekah after she learns that he was the one who killed her after initially blaming their father Sebastian.
– “They’re not going to skirt around the issue. That’s a huge thing. She’s certainly going to be upset with him.”
– Elijah will also be back to seek vengeance against his brother.
– Shockingly, there might also be love in Klaus’ future as the actor has been pushing for that kind of storyline. Morgan is hoping there’s also romance on the horizon for the Original hybrid. “I’ve been pushing them for that for a while. I love how their showing a little humanity in the writing for the character. I feel like that’s going to give him an opportunity to show a side of himself that hasn’t been seen before.”
– As for who the girl is? Because he has tried to kill Elena, Caroline and Bonnie, it appears it will be a new character.
