Dr. Conrad Murray Seeking Probation

News

After being convicted of involuntary manslaughter, Dr. Conrad Murray is planning to seek probation. As of right now, he faces a maximum sentence of 4 years in State prison, but because of a new California law, Dr. Murray will never serve a day in prison. Instead, he may serve up to 2 years in LA County Jail, and could be eligible for house arrest. Instead, he is planning on asking to be onto probation, stating that until this past crime, he was model citizen and a good doctor. In the mean time thought, he’ll get to enjoy his Thanksgiving dinner, and wait until his sentencing on November 29th.
