Earlier this year, Sly Stone was homeless and living in a van, and was busted by police for cocaine possession. Right now he is serving a 30 day stint in rehab, and under his plea deal, he agrees to serve an extra 60 days to be able to avoid jail time. If he completes all of the conditions, the case will be dropped and Stone will be able to go free.
