Booker T replaced Jerry Lawler on Raw because Lawler lost his voice. He was literally unable to call the show. It worked out since WWE began the Booker-Cody Rhodes angle, though.
Jonah Hill wasn’t planned to be in Hershey, PA, but had segments taped. Raw was, however, rewritten and the segments wouldn’t have made sense.
