One of the lesser known things about Ed O’Neill, most famously Al Bundy from Married with Children and currently of Modern Family, is that he’s a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. And he’s in a bit on Access Hollywood discussing it with BJJ royalty in Rener and Ryron Gracie.
