Dr. Conrad Murray returns to court on Tuesday, facing sentencing for involuntary manslaughter. Murray was found guilty for his part in the death of Michael Jackson due to misuse of propofol in 2009. Prosecutors are seeking the maximum 4 year prison sentence for him, along with loss of his medical license, but he will likely serve only 2 if given the full sentence.
