In Monday’s Fall finale of Gossip Girl, Blair decides to move to Brooklyn and into Dan’s apartment. She makes the impromptu decision because of the paparazzi hounding her and because she still isn’t sure who she should pick between Louis and Chuck. Apparently, even though they are living together… she will not hook up with Humphrey and only seeks his opinion during the decision-making process.
