After only three days since her arrest for assault and drug possession in Aspen, it is being reported that Charlie Sheen’s ex has made bail and is already back in California with her kids Bob and Max. A Pitkin Country judge allowed her to go home to take care of her kids.

Mueller must return to Aspen for her next court appearance scheduled for Dec. 19.
