Lost Soul Singer Howard Tate Dies

The R&B world is mourning the loss of beloved soul singer Howard Tate. Tate was originally brought to fame in the late 60’s and early 70’s with songs like Ain’t Nobody Home and Look at Granny Run Run. He left the music business in 1976, only to come back in 2003, recording his album Rediscovered and later A Portrait Of Howard. His death is said to be of natural causes, Tate was 72 years old.
