Johnny Bedford Replaces Demetrious Johnson Against Eddie Wineland

News

After Demetrious Johnson was moved into the UFC’s four man UFC Flyweight championship tournament, Eddie Wineland was left without an opponent for UFC on Fox 2. Now, UFC revealed that “The Ultimate Fighter 14” alum Johnny Bedford has agreed to step in and face Wineland January 28th at the show. Bedford won his UFC debut via TKO over Louis Gaudinot.

Eddie Wineland has lost consecutive UFC bouts. After a loss to Urijah Faber in his debut in his organization, Wineland lost to Joseph Benavidez.
