With the first arc over we’ve seen the end of the eaters from the Trench, and we’ve been seemingly left wide open with where to go from here. Well, no, not wide open. Aquaman ended with something that had been slowly becoming a staple at DC, especially in Johns written books (though it really was a first issue thing), and doing a teaser of things to come.
