Peter Frampton Sues Record Company For Digital Royalties

Legendary rocker Peter Frampton is suing his record company, A&M, for unpaid royalties stemming from his digital releases.  His lawyers argue that he should be paid more for digital singles than physical ones, because of differences in cost on the distribution side.  I think we’re all hoping that Frampton launches a giant inflatable pig inside the courtroom to close out his case.
