Superman Spoilers: In The Midst Of A Flashback, What Look Do We Get Of The Future?

Spoilers

The first arc of Action Comics thus far has been a flashback, and this most recent issue even more so as it was a flashback told during the middle of a flashback. Lots of history, yadda yadda, I reviewed it yesterday. I also said “L.L.T.L.” a few times without bothering to explain it.

See, at the end of the issue the Anti-Superman Army steals the Kryptonite Engine from Superman’s ship, in a time before he had it stored at the Fortress of Solitude and given it protection against time travel. Apparently it’s the source of all the kryptonites in the universe, and they happen to be powered by various colored K’s from the looks of it. They escape just as our heroes arrive to try and stop them.

Apparently the ship is going to die if the engine isn’t returned, taking the Earth with it.

But the big deal?

Superman and the Legion of Super Heroes.

Long Live The Legion.
