WWE.com posted an interview with Air Boom that started off innocently enough by announcing @TrueAirBoom as the duo’s new unified Twitter handle.
However, the rest of the clip features Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston joking around about how they need new tag team opponents to face, and then they throw together random pairings such as “HornSwagger” (Hornswoggle and Jack Swagger), “The Gingerhead Men” (Sheamus and Heath Slater), “Spanish Fly” (Alberto Del Rio and Justin Gabriel), and “The Spice Boys” (Epico and Primo).
CB’s Slant: Yes, this is as awkward as it sounds, and it also does nothing productive or positive to enhance either Air Boom’s collective identity or WWE’s long-suffering tag team division.
