A few weeks ago, I did a review for Demon Knights #4, which I suggested seemed to have deep importance to the DC Relaunch Universe. This week, in Stormwatch, as Apollo and Midnight try to escape Stormwatch HQ, they pass through a room of artifacts or trophies:
We definitely see the box that contained the Holy Grail (from Demon Knights #4, which I also said reminded me of Captain Marvel’s logo), Jenny Sparks old Union Jack shirt from the Authority (love that shirt),a bottle city, the ark of the covenant, and what looks a lot like a Green Lantern ring…actually, I would argue that looks a lot like Alan Scott’s Green Lantern ring.
Cool Easter eggs or part of the bigger story? I will definitely argue it’s all part of the bigger story!
