It seems like this happens every month now, but DC dropped their solicits for May today, and we’re seeing two more Wildstorm characters preparing to debut!
First on the table, the third WildC.A.T. in the new DCU, Warblade is primed to debut in Superboy #9.

So far so good, right? It could be a new design on the old favorite, or a new character with the name altogether. As it stands though he’s got the same color scheme, and The Culling already is going to be bringing us Grunge from Gen 13, so why not add another Wildstorm alumni?
As for the second book to do this, let’s go to a Wildstorm original with Grifter #9.

Cheshire may be a slightly old school DC character, but Deathblow is one of the original characters out of Image. He’s also, like Grifter, a veteran of Team 7 and Gen 12. He’s a perfect inclusion for a teamup with Cole. Now we just have to hope he stays alive this time!
