Batista Shoots Down WWE Return Rumors, Says He Won’t Come Back Unless TV-PG Direction Changes

News

Former WWE superstar Dave Bautista (Batista) said in a UK Sun interview that he will not come back to WWE unless the PG direction of the company changes. This is the same sentiment Batista had when leaving WWE in 2010, and he feels so strongly about this that he even turned down a role in WWE Tough Enough last year. He said, “I need to be excited by a project and I didn’t feel that way about Tough Enough.”

Also, about a possible return and how long he would want to stay, Bautista explained, “It would be for a run not just a one-shot deal.”

He also claims he’d want to work with Triple H or The Undertaker and that he would never go to TNA or another wrestling company because if he’s going out, he’s going out “on top.”
