Fedor Emelianenko will be returning to an MMA arena soon per M-1 Global, who announced earlier this week that the fighter is expecting to make his return in June. No opponent has been named so far but the fight will be taking place in Monaco per Evgeni Kogan, M-1 Director of Global Operations.
“We’re working towards securing a Fedor fight in Monaco for the summer, sometime around the time when Formula One happens,” he said to MMA Fighting. “Specifically, a little while afterwards.”
After a three fight losing streak, Fedor has reeled off two consecutive wins over Jeff Monson and Satosh Ishii.
