After Frank Mir Broke his Arm at UFC 140, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira Back in Training

News

After suffering a nasty broken arm at UFC 140 at the hands of Frank Mir, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira has returned to training, with the addition of several plates and screws. The 35 year old isn’t ready to resume training full-time, but this shows how committed he is to being successful. And a little crazy. Dude has his arm twister almost 360 degrees around and is back to training in about 2 months? Like I said…insane.
