One thing that has always amused me in comics is that no matter how many times a character changes his look, other characters always recognize them. Scarlet Spider #3 has a great moment like that where an “old co-worker” of Kaine’s spots him and immediately recognizes him. Even without the mane of hair Kane used to rock.

This issue suggests that at one time, Kaine worked with or for the Assassin’s Guild! Sweet!! I always loved the Thieves’ and Assassins’ Guilds. Nice to see they haven’t been forgotten.
