Just a brief note about the American Idol results, because I didn’t watch the show and probably won’t. (I know, I’m a TV blogger and probably should…but it’s boring and Community is far more important.)
I was right – Shannon Magrane went home. I was also right in predicting that the two older female contestants, Elise and Erika, would have trouble getting votes. This obviously isn’t rocket science, we all know teenage girls vote for cute boys on American Idol. But I’m glad it was Shannon who went home instead of one of the other two girls, since I hadn’t liked any of her performances yet and I think she’s too green for the Idol stage.
