With Junior Dos Santos dangerously close to not having an opponent for UFC 146 after Alistair Overeem tested positive for elevated testosterone levels, a rallying cry has been sounded for Mark Hunt to take his place.
It’s not all that ridiculous a suggestion, really, but he would do better if he was able to defeat Stefan Struve as planned and then defeat the winner of the Roy Nelson-Antonio Silva bout at UFC 146 as well. So, basically, he’s a way down the pecking order, but if played correctly, they could really build to this bout well.
