Former TNA World Champion James Storm announced last night that he will be taking time away from the ring, including live events. Storm spoke on last night’s Impact Wrestling about having his luck run out and followed that up with this tweet, “Emotional time in my life after Lockdown. Need time to think about what I need to do and will not be making live events. I apologize.”
Quick Quip: I assumed while watching the show that this was pure storyline but taking time off the road as well makes the injuries appear legit. It’s not the best of time for Storm to be hurt but he’s also not white-hot like he was last summer/fall. Expect him to get a big build once he is healthy again. I guess this is why Kurt Angle is suddenly a babyface again?
