As the battle on Utopia draws on, and Hope has already left, Scott tells Danger to activate the Avengers Protocol. In times past the Xavier Protocols were a list of how to take down each and every X-Man, as written by Charles Xavier (years before Batman did it to the JLA). So what kind of plan does Scott have in mind?

Scott just struck a blow across the Avengers bow of public opinion. They can say whatever they want now, but the word is out that they just invaded Utopia to apprehend Hope for doing nothing wrong. Combine that with their public image issues in the wake of Norman Osborn’s return, and you’ve got a public that already was on the fence about the Avengers now being told that they’re bullying a group of people who had done nothing.
Real heroic, right?
