James Badge Dale, previously seen in Shame and The Grey, is in talks to play Savin, a villain in next summer’s Iron Man 3. He would be another baddie that Tony Stark/Iron Man would face joining the likes of Ben Kingsley (strongly rumored to play “The Mandarin”) and the recently announced Guy Pearce and Rebecca Hall.
For Dale, he just finished wrapping his part in the upcoming production of The Lone Ranger starring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer, and will next be seen in Robert Zemeckis’ return to live-action film again with Flight starring Denzel Washington and World War Z starring Brad Pitt.
