The word backstage is that the WWE plans on treating the upcoming 1,000 edition of Raw as a major PPV. They’ve already reached out to the typical variety of legends to attend the show in the hopes of having a mix of “new school” and “old school”.
The other idea circulating is having The Undertaker return at this show. While typically this would be a surprise, the mentality is to advertise his return week’s ahead of time in order to draw a strong rating. WWE will also be advertising high-caliber matches and hope to introduce new talent from FCW.
