The Canadian Ministry of Labour has asked that Radiohead comply with an investigation into the collapse of their stage. The accident resulted in the death of Scott Johnson, the drum technician for the band. The ministry has essentially singled out Live Nation as the primary group at fault for the collapse, but four companies in total are named in the investigation.
