Today at San Diego Comic Con, Capcom announced that, in association with Assassin’s Fist Limited, they will be producing a live action Street Fighter series! The story will revolve around Ken and Ryu who are the last practitioners of a martial arts style called, “Assassin’s Fist.” It will delve into the back story of a lot of characters in the SF universe and how they all connect together.
For those of you who are familiar with the youtube videos, “Street Fighter: Legacy,” this is a continuation of that series. Joey Ansah, who directed Street Fighter: Legacy, is also known for his work as “Desh” in the ‘Bourne Ultimatum.’
For those fans who have been anxiously waiting for someone to do the Street Fighter Universe Justice in a live action movie, our wait might just be over.
