Paul Raef, a freelance photographer was involved in a car chase with Justin Bieber earlier this month. Bieber was slapped with a speeding ticket for going over 80 mph in a 65 mph zone, after being followed by Raef. Raef is now charged with two counts of trailing a vehicle too closely and reckless driving. with the intent to capture photos for commercial gain, one count of reckless driving, and one count of failing to obey a police officer. If he’s convicted, Raef could face up to one year in jail, and fines up to $3500.
